I'm a pharmacist with a PhD from the University of Münster. After a research fellowship at Nagoya University in Japan, I joined pharma as a Medical Science Liaison at Bayer. In 2017, I moved to AstraZeneca — first managing an MSL team, then becoming a Medical Affairs Manager and eventually Lead for oncology in Germany.
Along the way, I launched five oncology products, built brustkrebs.de (a patient information platform for breast cancer), and became the person on the team who kept asking: "Could we automate this? Could AI do this better?"
Today I lead Medical Affairs for lung cancer at AstraZeneca Germany, managing a team of four. Outside of my day job, I build AI-powered tools, write about digital strategy in pharma, and help other Medical Affairs professionals navigate the same questions I've been working through.
